Onsite Support: $100/hour
•
Onsite Server Support: $150/hour
•
After
Hours Support: 1.5x rate
•
Phone/Online Support: $35/15minutes

not limited to e-mails addresses or data loss because of sudden computer
malfunctions. Our technicians are highly skilled and hold your computer
and it’s contents in the highest regard. We actively engage in
precautionary methods of backing up and restoring data. You don’t
pay until the job is finished and if we can’t fix your computer
you don’t pay. We accept personal checks and credit cards with
a picture ID. Payment expected at time of service, all transactions
require signed and dated invoices.
